These are the reasons why I do think that Madeleine has never been kidnapped and died in the appartement that was rented by her parents.
1- Gerry and Kate always refused to do a recunstitution of the night Madeleine supposedly was kidnapped. Why ? Recunstitution is a major thing to do when an abduction happens.
2- Jane Tanner said that she saw a man carrying a child in her arms on May 3 2007 ; how could she describs him so clearly ? She saw him only a few minutes at night. She first said that she couldn't saw her face, and then, she's able to a Robot Portait. Isn't it weird ?
3- The Smith , an Irish family said that they saw a man carrying a child in his arms; that man is leaving in the opposite direction Jane Tanner said that she saw the man leaving. 4 months later, while watching Tv, the Smith family saw Gerry McCann getting out of the airplane, carrying his son in his arms. Shocked, the Smith family realized that they already knew who that man was : It was the man that was carrying a little child in his arms on may 3 2007.
4- Back to June 2007, Kate McCann said that the abducteur might have hidden her daughter's body in a sewer emerging at Praia Da Luz, or on cliffs where they were running. Later she said that some mediums with paranormals capacities gave her theses informations.
5- Madeleine's parents already returned at Villa da Luz when the police received look-alike pictures of Madeleine. Police immediatly asked the McCanns to go with them for an identification. Kate looked angry all way long to Portimoa, like if she didn't wanted to have her daughter back. Identification was negative.
6- Kate said that on May 3 2007, at 10 pm, when she arrived in her kids bedroom, the window was open. This situation cannot be possible, because the curtains cannot be opened outside the appartement. So, the abductor would have get in the room using the door. The question is ; If he got in the door using the door, why would he have openned the window ?
7- Digitals prints that were found on the window, door handle, side frame right of the window of Madeleine's bedroom were all the same : Kate McCann's one.
8- The window Kate said was open when she discovered Madeleine's abduction ; It doesn't appear to have any digitals prints, or any gloves prints. The only ones that were found where Kate's one.
9- McCanns deleted each and every one of their calls and SMS they made on their cellphones right after Madeleine's abbduction. Why?
10- Back to Praia Da Luz, McCann's neighbour said that their rented car's trunk was always open, even at night.
11- Dogs are smelling bodys odors behind the sofa of the appartement McCann's rented, in the McCanns bedroom, in the car, on Kate's clothes and on Madeleine's blanket.

14- McCanns decided to leave Portugal when some accusations about them ( they would be involved in their daughter's abduction) started to rise.

18- McCann's friends ' testemonies about what happenned the night Madeleine was abducted are all differents.
19- The examination of the McCann's house was refused ; Police couldn't look closer to the McCann's house.
20- It looks like Madeleine get off her bed by herself.
